Free Shipping Across Canada

Orders with a subtotal of CA$99 or more (after discounts, before taxes) ship free anywhere in Canada.

Orders Under CA$99

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your parcel's weight and destination. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Free Local Pickup in Vancouver

Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and collect your order from our shop at 8059 Granville Street, Vancouver. You'll receive a notification when it's ready for pickup, usually within 1 business day. Pickup hours are according to our store hours.

Processing Time

We pack every order by hand. Orders ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. If we're closed for a holiday, we'll post the dates at the top of our website.

Carriers and Tracking

We ship with Canada Post and other couriers. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

United States

Shipping to the US is calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Free shipping applies to Canadian addresses only.

Other Countries

Shipping to all other countries is calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges; in most countries they're collected from you by the carrier or customs when your parcel arrives. 

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at info@aromateahouse.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
